Love the article! This has been something I’ve been trying to figure out for years. Always a great reminder to set barriers. I really liked the idea of switching mentally out of work mode. Made me think of when Andy plays “Closing Time” at the end of the work day in The Office! May have to try that as a new routine haha Thanks for the article!

There is actually quite a bit of power in having a deliberate "start up / shut down" routine to help mentally switch. It's something we've found especially useful.
