Really great stuff. Love the actionable advice. It takes a lot of work to prepare for a meeting correctly, but it is worth it. My only gripe is when I put in a lot of work to prep for a meeting and the attendees don’t read any of the pre-work and don’t come prepared.

I can definitely sympathize. I have more experience than I want to admit of putting in a ton of work on a presentation/meeting only to have it cancelled/ignored until the last minute. It's deeply frustrating. Writing this changed not only how I prep for meetings, but also how i show up to meetings that I'm invited to.
